POTATO WITH CHICKEN BREAST, CHEESE AND SPICES

Ingredients:

• 6-7 potatoes

• 1 small onion

• 1 tomato

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 50 gr of cheese

• 50 grams of uncooked smoked breast (bacon or sausage)

• 30 grams of butter

• 3 tbsp. l. olive oil

• Coarse sea salt

• Black pepper through the mill

• Provencal herbs

• Greens

Cooking process:

1. First, melt the butter and cool to room temperature, add olive oil, garlic through a press and mix.

2. We wash the young potatoes, wash them well with a dish sponge, cut the longitudinal strips not completely to make an accordion. We put the accordions in a greased form, grease them with a mixture of oils, salt, pepper, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. Add the filling after this time, so that the potatoes are baked and the filling itself does not dry out.

3. We sprinkle our potatoes with sliced slices of cheese, breast, tomato and onion (half rings), lightly salt, sprinkle with herbs and send to the oven for another 15 minutes.

POTATO WITH CHEESE AND GARLIC

Ingredients (quantity according to your taste and family size):

• Potatoes

• Hard cheese

• Mayonnaise

• Garlic

• Dill (without)

• Ground black pepper

• Vegetable oil

Cooking process:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash potatoes thoroughly, do not peel. Cut into slices 0.5 cm thick (if thicker / thinner / baking time will vary accordingly). Grease a baking sheet with oil. Arrange the potatoes and bake for 30 minutes.

2. While the potatoes are baking, make a "spread": rub any hard cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise, pepper, dill, squeeze out the garlic. Stir and spread over the baked potatoes. After spreading, you can again send everything to the oven for 5 minutes.

POTATO STUFFED WITH BEEF AND BACON

Ingredients:

• 20 pieces of small potatoes

• 200 gr ground beef

• 1 large onion

• 150 grams of bacon

• 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato juice

• 250 gr cheese

• Salt, pepper, wig to taste

Cooking process:

1. Prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add minced meat to the pan and fry it together with the onion, breaking the lumps. Cut the bacon into small cubes.

2. ️ Cover the baking sheet with foil. Wash and dry the potatoes well. Prick in several places with a knife, grease with vegetable oil. Bake at 210C for about 35 minutes, until cooked through.

3. Cut the slightly cooled potatoes in half, remove the pulp with a spoon, leaving a layer of potatoes on the skin. Place the potato halves on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with vegetable oil.

4. Mash 300 gr of potato pulp, pour in tomato juice.

5. Combine mashed potatoes, minced meat and bacon, season. Mix well and fill the potato halves with the mixture. Sprinkle with cheese on top.

6. Bake at 200C for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately, sprinkle with ground paprika on top.

POTATO WITH JUICY FILLING

Ingredients:

• 7 potatoes of the same size

• 100 grams of bacon

• 1 onion

• 2 small or 1 large tomato

• 180 gr sour cream 20%

• 2 cloves of garlic

• A bunch of herbs (dill, parsley)

• Salt pepper

• 2 tbsp. l. olive or vegetable oil

• 100 gr of cheese

Cooking process:

1. Rinse the potatoes well, do not clean them, make punctures with a fork in several places, grease them with oil and salt, wrap each potatoes in foil and bake for 1 hour at 200 grams in the oven.

2. Cut the bacon, fry, add the onion and fry until golden brown. Add garlic to sour cream through a press, finely chopped greens, salt, pepper and stir.

3. Take out the potatoes, cut them in half, carefully take out the crumb with a teaspoon, forming boats. Add bacon, chopped tomato and sour cream dressing to the crumb, mix. We spread the filling in the "boats", sprinkle with grated cheese and put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 180C to melt the cheese.
