Theater and film actress Miroslava Karpovich will appear on the stage of the Moscow Art Theater. Gorky in the play "On the Stream". According to the plot of the production, her heroine became addicted to social networks, because of which she has a serious conflict in the family. In the premiere performance, the actress has the main role, which, according to her, she agreed to because of the similarity of the plot of the production with her personal history.
The premiere of the play "On Stream" will take place on April 23 at the Small Stage of the Moscow Art Theater. Gorky. The drama directed by Dmitry Bikbaev touches upon the difficult relationship between modern children and parents. The main female role is played by actress Miroslava Karpovich. Her heroine, student Vera, became addicted to the illusory world of gadgets and social networks, which is why she has a serious conflict with her parents. Intolerance divided the once close people into irreconcilable enemies. The production is based on the play of the same name by the famous writer, screenwriter, author of a series of detective novels, laureate of the Golden Eagle Prize Alexander Zvyagintsev.
“One of the reasons why I participate in this project is that the story is connected with my dad, and for me this is a purely personal topic,” says actress Miroslava Karpovich. - I always had a difficult relationship with my father - at some point in our life we even competed with him. And then I realized that if I continue to behave like this, I will never have a young man. As soon as I realized this, everything in my life was corrected. My destructive personal relationships slowly began to improve."
According to the actress, the play "On Stream" is exactly the project that helps the actor work out his karma. Director Dmitry Bikbaev offered to take part in the production of Miroslava.
“I’m working with Dmitry for the second time,” comments Miroslava Karpovich. - He never takes superficial stories. The play "On the Stream" is a very deep, psychedelic, dramatic story related to actual problems between children and their parents. This performance will help to resolve many problems, to bring relatives closer together."
