During the extended weekend in Moscow, citizens were banned from using park benches, playgrounds and sports grounds. Violation of this rule faces a fine of 4 thousand rubles.

On Saturday it became known that new restrictions were introduced in Moscow due to the worsening epidemiological situation. The weekend has been extended until June 20. During this period, cafes and bars will be open until 11 pm, while food courts, children's playgrounds, and zoos will be closed. In addition, the head of the Main Control Department of Moscow, Yevgeny Danchikov, warned that it is prohibited to use benches and gazebos in parks, playgrounds and sports grounds during this period.
“Over the past day, there have been numerous cases of violations by citizens of the restrictions established by the decree of the mayor of Moscow on the use of park infrastructure. For these violations, citizens will be brought to administrative responsibility in the amount of up to 4 thousand rubles. The main thing is that citizens do not expose themselves and their children to the risk of contracting COVID-19! " - said the official.

Thus, in parks and public spaces Muscovites can only walk without sitting down to enjoy the summer sun.
