The general level of anxiety in society has grown noticeably in recent weeks: the regime of self-isolation, the collapsing global economy, the threat of infection … All this may not have the best effect on health, so psychologists, nutritionists and other specialists decided to unite their efforts and help compatriots find balance …
Today, news about coronavirus, quarantine and self-isolation has become number one in all media. This is clear, because people are very worried about how to live on, when it will be possible to go to work and how to survive the forced stay at home. Unfortunately, the request of the authorities to stay at home was not taken seriously by many, having gone to barbecue and taking tickets to Sochi. Therefore, the country's leadership decided to tighten the necessary measures.
Realizing and accepting the seriousness of the situation with the spread of infection and the introduction of quarantine, the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and the REform. LIFE school have developed a social online project "STOP coronavirus": a series of supportive and useful webinars.
