1, 5 eggs

360 gr flour

1 tsp soda

Peel of half an orange and half a lemon

Icing (glaze):

200 gr. icing sugar

Starch 1 tsp

0.5 tsp lemon juice

Cooking process:

1. Bring the honey to a boil, remove from the stove, add all the ground spices, zest, butter, soda, a pinch of salt to it. Mix thoroughly.

2. Beat sugar and eggs until white. Add the mass to the honey mixture, mix.

3. Sift flour, knead the dough on the table. We pack it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

4. Then spread the flour-dusted surface on top of the dough, roll it out to 3 mm. We cut out the figures, put them on parchment, bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 3-5 minutes.

5. Powdered sugar, starch, juice, protein mix, beat at medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Add dyes to the set aside part of the glaze. To start drawing, you can take a file and build a cornet from it.
