New Year's holidays are coming soon, and with them feasts with friends. Why not try something new these days, like the original salad dressing? Blogger and culinary specialist Maria Kravtsova offers as many as 6 options, from which you will definitely have something to choose from.

It is simply impossible to imagine a New Year's table without a traditional Olivier salad! If you don't want to cook it because you hate store-bought mayonnaise, there is a great alternative to make mayonnaise yourself. Believe me, it will not take long and will not take a lot of effort.

However, dressing may be needed not only for Olivier, but also for other salads, as well as for meat and fish. Which one is better to choose then? Here a list from blogger, culinary specialist and TV presenter Maria Kravtsova will come to your aid. She knows a lot of alternatives to mayonnaise that are not inferior in taste, but they will bring much more benefits. Among them there are those that can rightfully be called universal.
1. Vegan dressing for Olivier and other salads where mayonnaise is needed:
⠀
✔120 g soaked cashews
✔60 g coconut milk or cream
✔80 g of oil without a pronounced taste (grape seeds, for example)
✔2 tbsp wine vinegar or 3 tbsp. lemon juice
✔50 ml water +/- (see by consistency)
✔ Salt
⠀
Whisk in a blender until smooth.
⠀
2. Asian dressing:
⠀
✔100 ml soy sauce
✔50 ml balsamic vinegar
✔50 ml sesame oil
✔50 ml of other vegetable oil
✔10 g chili peppers
✔5 g ginger
✔5 g garlic
✔10 g parsley
✔10 g sesame seeds
⠀
This is a great dressing not only for salads, but also for meat and fish. And a great marinade for meat. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, rub the ginger.

3. Honey-mustard dressing:

6. One of my favorite sauces is cilantro:
⠀
✔5-7 sprigs of cilantro
