Everyone knows that mayonnaise is made from butter and eggs. But even such simple ingredients in factory conditions are often replaced, at least in part, with unnatural ones, so that far from the highest quality product falls on store shelves. But what is the New Year without Olivier with mayonnaise? Fortunately, making an all-natural homemade version of the sauce is easy and tastes a lot better.

The ingredients for classic mayonnaise are extremely simple and will surely be found in any refrigerator. It is based on butter and eggs, to which you need to add a little mustard.
Mayonnaise CLASSIC
Ingredients:
60-70 ml. sunflower oil
1 tsp mustard
0.5 tsp Sahara
2 raw eggs
1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
Salt to taste

However, eggs are a strong allergen. But this is not a reason to give up your favorite dishes with mayonnaise, is it? You can also make a version of this sauce without eggs. And perhaps the taste of just such a mayonnaise will be more pleasant to non-allergy sufferers. It's always good to experiment.
MAYONNAISE WITHOUT EGGS
Ingredients:
40 ml sunflower oil
60 g natural yoghurt
1 tsp mustard
0.5 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste

However, in any of the previous options, mayonnaise is still a very high-calorie product. This is due to the large amount of oil added to the sauce. If on New Year's Eve you do not plan to break your diet too much, a recipe for a sauce without oil is suitable for you - its calorie content is much lower.
MAYONNAISE WITHOUT OIL
Ingredients:
80 g natural yoghurt
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 hard-boiled eggs (only need yolks)
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste
In order to prepare one of these options for the sauce, you need to mix all the ingredients and beat them for a few minutes with a blender or mixer, then pour in the required amount of oil in a thin stream, continuing to beat.
