The issue of high-quality nutrition in modern society, where a person is surrounded by fast food, foods with harmful additives and at the same time a huge amount of conflicting information, is very acute. Quality products are sometimes very expensive and difficult to find. So that the efforts to choose good products are not wasted, it must be remembered that some dishes are harmful, regardless of quality - it is better to exclude them from the diet altogether.
Popular nutritionist Anna Lysenko presented a list of the 5 most harmful products that will have a negative effect on the human body and spoil not only appearance, but also health.

"1. Sugar (sweet). Everyone has heard a lot about sugar, watched the movie "Sugar", but this is NOT an absolute evil! Depends on the dose / effect ratio. This means that if you eat foods with sugar once a week, are not overweight and exercise, then it will not hurt you or even affect your form. And if you are overweight, you like buns, drink sugary drinks and eat tons of hidden sugar, then in the future you will face type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

2. Flour. Flour is fast-digesting carbohydrates, which are stored in fat in excess. Flour products are often high in calories and harmful to overweight people.

3. Trans fats. Margarine, fried in boiling oil (deep fried), fried nuts, all foods where vegetable oils have been exposed to high temperatures. Trans fats are deposited on the walls of blood vessels, are not excreted from the body, and poison it. The carcinogenic effect of foods fried in hot oil has been proven. Carcinogens are one of the causes of cancer.
4. Glycation products: everything with a crispy crust is a glycation product. All the most delicious: bread with a crust, crispy chicken skin, bacon. All of this heightens oxidative stress in the body and heightens inflammation.
5. Dairy products from cow's milk A1. The dose / effect is also important here. But remember, not a single animal in the world consumes milk NOT of its own kind, and even more so at an age older than an infant. The only acceptable milk for humans is breast milk at the beginning of life.
