ингредиенты на 1 порцию:

✓капуста брюссельская 220 г

✓масло растительное 25 мл

✓соль щепотка

✓семена кунжута 1 ст. л.

ингредиенты для соуса (3–4 порции):

✓соус чили сладкий 100 г

✓сок 1/2 лимона

процесс приготовления:

1. брюссельскую капусту отварить в кипящей соленой воде 1, 5 минуты, затем достать и опустить в холодную воду со льдом на 1 минуту, достать шумовкой.

2. остывшую капусту разрезать пополам вдоль.

3. в сковороду на разогретое растительное масло выложить половинки капусты разрезом вниз, обжарить 2–3 минуты на среднем огне до образования золотистой корочки, затем поместить на салфетку, чтобы впиталось лишнее масло.

4. для соуса смешать сладкий чили с лимонным соком.

5. в миске тщательно перемешать 200 г капусты и 30 г соуса, выложить на тарелку. сверху посыпать семенами кунжута.
