
Meat is most often served on the New Year's table as the main dish, but seafood dishes are a worthy substitute. They not only diversify the table, but also look more luxurious on it. In addition, when celebrating the year of the bull, many people avoid eating beef, and therefore the choice of meat dishes is significantly reduced. So why not delight your guests with mouth-watering salmon steaks with a delicate creamy sauce?

Ingredients:
Salmon steaks by number of guests
6 tbsp. l. butter
120 g grated parmesan
1 lemon
2-3 cloves of garlic
1.5 cups cream 20%
Greens
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:
1. Defrost the steaks, salt and pepper.
2. In a frying pan, melt 3 tbsp. l. butter and fry the garlic in it so that the butter is saturated with its aroma.
3. Put the steaks in a baking dish, pour garlic oil on top, add lemon wedges and sprinkle with lemon juice.
4. We send it to a preheated oven at 220C for 15-17 minutes, depending on the thickness of the piece.
5. Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan, pour in the cream, add the parmesan and chopped greens, salt, and simmer everything together for a few minutes.
6. We take the fish out of the oven, put it on a dish, pour the sauce on top. Sprinkle with more lemon juice if desired.
