
Eggs are a favorite breakfast for many, they are long-lasting, nutritious and quick to cook. But if the usual fried eggs start to get boring, you can indulge yourself with a more refined version of the usual breakfast and cook eggs in Florentine style. This version of scrambled eggs is served with spinach and gravy. Although Florentine eggs take a little longer to cook, egg lovers should definitely indulge in them at least on weekends.

Ingredients:
6 eggs
0.5 kg spinach
1 onion
2 tbsp. l. butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
2 tbsp. l. flour
1 cup 20% cream
Nutmeg
60 g parmesan
Salt
Pepper

Cooking method:
1. Hard-boiled eggs, peel. Stew the spinach in a dry frying pan for 5-7 minutes.
2. Chop the onion, fry until transparent in butter, add to the spinach. Add chopped garlic and parsley.
3. Stirring constantly, fry the flour in butter, add cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Boil over low heat until thickened.
4. Mix a third of the resulting sauce with spinach, put in a baking dish. Put eggs cut in half on top, pour over the remaining sauce, sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 160-180 degrees for 15 minutes.
