400 g lightly salted herring

Potatoes 500 g

2 eggs

1 apple

1 onion

80 g butter

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp vinegar

2-3 sprigs of dill

Cooking method:

1. Boil potatoes and eggs. Finely chop the eggs, mix the potatoes with butter and mash in mashed potatoes.
