Making fluffy pancakes is not difficult at all if you have a tried and tested recipe. We suggest using ours, it's simple and affordable, the main thing is to leave a little time for cooking, because the dough should fit. Add sour cream, your favorite jam and enjoy!
Warm milk 600-700 ml
Yeast 30 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 2-3 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Flour 500-600 g
Vegetable oil for frying
1. Add yeast, 1 spoonful of sugar, half flour to milk and mix everything well.
2. Leave the dough to the maximum rise. As soon as the dough begins to fall off a little, add the remaining products.
3. Knead the dough well, it should be thick.
4. Leave in a warm place until fully raised and fry in a frying pan preheated with oil. The fire is less than average, otherwise the pancakes will burn and not bake.
