Ingredients:
Flour - 280 g
Dry yeast - 5 g
Water - 200 ml
Unscented sunflower oil - 30 g
Sugar - 50 g
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Frozen berries - 60 g

Cooking method:
1. Combine yeast, sugar, salt, warm water, oil in a bowl. Mix everything with a whisk.
2. Add flour gradually and mix with a spoon or mixer with a hook attachment for 5 minutes.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the waffle iron and put in 1, 5 tablespoons. This makes 10 waffles.
