I love breakfast. For me, this is an important part of a healthy and healthy diet. The benefits of breakfast are huge, but unfortunately many people underestimate it.

Someone sacrifices breakfast in favor of morning gatherings - it takes a long time to wake up, swing and get ready for work, and someone is simply afraid to get better. They forget that it is in the morning, for breakfast, that you can afford everything, because during the day the food will have time to be absorbed. I remember that a healthy breakfast energizes us for the whole day!

My top breakfast food is buckwheat porridge with a lump of butter; toast with avocado, poached egg and salad, or a sandwich with curd cheese and a slice of salmon or sockeye salmon. Next, a cup of coffee, dark chocolate or a mixture of nuts.

It is important that this is all easy to prepare!

I recommend making breakfast:

- dry a piece of bread in a toaster or dry frying pan;

- mash the avocado pulp in a bowl, add salt, pepper and put on the toast;

- on top of a poached egg and a little greenery.

I prepare a poached egg like this: I pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan, heat it almost to a boiling state, as strong bubbles can damage the protein. Then 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar. Then, using a whisk, I make a funnel in a saucepan. I dip the egg quickly and carefully into the pan, not into the funnel itself, but closer to the wall. I like the yolk to be very runny, so 1-1.5 minutes and you're done!

Further, the operation of the coffee machine is one Nespresso capsule - usually a double espresso and a couple of Lindt squares with orange peel, or a handful of cashews and walnuts.

Breakfast was a success! Bon Appetit!
