On her Instagram account, the star spoke about the secrets of self-motivation and self-care that helped her on her way to the titles of world and European champion in figure skating.
“I have such a fairly widespread hobby, I really love to take care of myself - these are masks, creams, makeup, hair care. And at such moments I feel that I give love to myself and I understand that I value myself. Again, of course, delicious food, I really like to eat deliciously,”admitted Evgenia.
