The Nestlé® Fitness® brand, together with the world and European figure skating champion Evgenia Medvedeva, are launching the spring #fitnessfood fun project, which will support girls on their way to their goals and remind them of how important it is to enjoy life.
The famous figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva became the new Nestlé® Fitness® Ambassador in 2021. The goal of the collaboration is to inspire young girls to keep fit, not for the sake of achieving special results, but for the pleasure of the process.
In March and April, on her Instagram account, Evgenia will share the secrets of self-motivation and self-care that helped her on her way to the titles of world and European champion in figure skating.
In addition, we are waiting for a series of morning esters with recipes for delicious and healthy breakfasts based on ready-made Nestlé® Fitness® whole grains with fiber and B vitamins, which will launch the correct metabolism and immediately set up for a good day.
But that's not all: by the end of spring, it is planned to launch a limited collection of clothes with the support of authors from popular women's communities and psychologists. The task of the collection, like the task of all cooperation, is to inspire and support girls on the way to their goals.
“We are glad to cooperate with Eugenia and the commonality of our goals. After all, fitness is primarily about taking care of yourself. We do not mean by this word just classes and training. Fitness is a whole philosophy and lifestyle that brings joy from every day. And Nestlé® Fitness® breakfasts can be a great addition to self-care,”says Inna Limanova, Head of Marketing at Nestlé® Breakfast Cereals Business, on the collaboration.
“It is not always possible to achieve quick results on the way to the goal. It is extremely important to celebrate even small dynamics and small victories, and also to fill your every day with pleasant, beautiful and tasty details. When the process itself brings pleasure, then the goal becomes closer,”Yevgenia Medvedeva shares her experience.
