So, the first step is to start controlling the amount of fat, protein and carbohydrates you consume. The share of the latter should be 50%, and fats and proteins - 25% each. It is also necessary to take into account the calorie content of dishes during the day. Take 45% of your daily calories for lunch, 30% for breakfast, and 25% for the evening.
As for the menu, it turned out to be quite simple and affordable in the Alsou diet. For breakfast, the singer eats porridge, supplementing them with low-fat dairy products. Lunch should consist of protein foods (meat, fish), and enough vegetables and dairy products for dinner. Snacks include unsweetened fruits, dried fruits, and nuts.
Alsou was able to lose weight by as much as 13 kilograms, observing these nutritional rules. Given the balanced menu and the absence of serious restrictions, this diet can be followed for a long period of time.
