Ingredients:
Fresh cabbage - 400g
Onions - 5 pieces
Tomatoes - 5 pieces (this is an approximate amount, and canned can also be used)
Green bell pepper - 2pcs
Carrots - 2 pieces

Preparation:
1. All vegetables are cut or grated - as the hostess is used to. Put all the products in a saucepan with cold water, turn on the fire. 2. Onions can be sautéed in a very small amount of olive oil and also sent to the pot. Soon the water will boil, now you need to add the herbs, reduce the heat and boil the soup for another 10 minutes. Then close the lid and bring it to readiness over the lowest heat. Some simply turn off the heat so that the soup itself "comes to a condition." This way more nutrients are retained.
For the broth, you can use lean broth, a vegetable cube, or a bag of onion soup. It depends on the addictions of each person.
