Most moms have Instagram accounts similar to each other - “my baby is eating”, “my baby is sleeping” and so on. But Laura Kasperzak, a mom and yoga instructor from New Jersey, took a different path. In her photographs, she and her four-year-old are doing yoga together.
Such excellent physical fitness is the result of seventeen years of regular yoga practice.
And in March 2012, Laura, now a yoga instructor, started her Instagram account.
At first, the woman exhibited photographs in which only she was captured, but recently she has been increasingly sharing pictures with her 4-year-old daughter, Mini.
Laura taught the baby some asanas and they are already practicing together.
The most popular photos of the New Jersey mom are pictures of her daughter trying to imitate Laura's impeccable backbends, and also demonstrates her taste in choosing leggings.
“Recently my daughter was doing a headstand and asked me to take a picture of her. Glancing at the photo, Mini said, “Oh no, Mom, we have to take another photo. I wasn't smiling,”said Laura Kasperzak.
Aura has been practicing yoga for 17 years and is trying to involve her husband and children in this useful activity, because she believes that it is not only good for health, but also strengthens family ties.
“It's an amazing way to create memories and spend time with each other,” said the flexible mom.
