Paprika cream soup
Ingredients:
1 red paprika
1 ripe avocado

Take all the ingredients and put them in a blender. Mix until smooth. Add chilli seeds to the soup, depending on whether you want to make the soup hot or tender. The more there are, the more fiery your dish will become. Pour soup into bowls and garnish with fresh herbs.

Pasta with vegetables
Ingredients:
300 g zucchini
2 tomatoes
2 stalked celery
1 cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
dill and green onions
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt pepper
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Cooking method:
It is best to start cooking with the "pasta" itself. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Place in a deep bowl and cover with lemon juice. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into 4 parts, having previously peeled and seeds. Grate long strips with a Korean carrot grater using the fine or medium shredder attachment. Salt. Stir the onion and zucchini spaghetti gently and leave for a while. While the sauce is preparing, the pasta has time to become soft.
Now we need to move on to preparing the filling. Place the sunflower seeds in a blender, add half the garlic, salt and pepper to your taste. Mix, but not until smooth, but so that the vegetables resemble minced meat. Wash the rest of the food. Cut 1 tomato, celery and cucumber into cubes and place in a blender. Take all the pulp from the second tomato. Chop the greens finely. Remove the "pasta" from the plate and squeeze out excess juice, pour it immediately into a blender. For the sauce, combine this juice, the tomato pulp, the remaining half of the garlic, and the green onion. Add salt, oil and pepper. Mix everything gently.
Now lay out the spaghetti, vegetables and sauce nicely on the plate. Top with some herbs and a tomato for garnish.

Strawberry Banana Cream Cake
Ingredients:
The foundation
3 bananas
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Cream
2 cups dates
2 cups cashews
1 orange
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Cooking method:
Place the strawberries and bananas in a blender, and then blend until smooth. Form two identical cakes from it and put them in the freezer for a while. To prepare the cream, mix all the ingredients so that the mass is not too thick, add a little water.
Remove the cakes from the freezer. The first layer is the cake, then the cream and the cake on top. Put in the freezer to freeze. Decorate the cake with fresh bananas and strawberries.

Berry sorbet
Ingredients:
Raspberries
Strawberry
Black currant
Cooking method:
Freeze all berries. Then put in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pass the resulting mixture through a sieve so that no bones remain in the finished sorbet. Place in the freezer for half an hour. Garnish with fresh mint when serving.
