Fitness trainer Arina Skoromnaya shared her failures at the beginning of sports activities and told how to avoid an unwanted increase in volumes due to the wrong approach to training.

Mistakes happen to everyone, especially when there is still no theoretical knowledge and experience at all. Even true professional athletes once started with the mistakes they learned from, and now they teach their wards. It is undesirable to do it without the supervision of a trainer, because otherwise there will be no one to point out the incorrect execution of the exercise, which can lead to undesirable consequences. Arina Skoromnaya told about her own mistakes at the beginning of her sports career.

At first, the woman paid no attention at all to the correct combination of exercise and food. Out of ignorance, she abused impressive weights, while not observing proper nutrition. Dreams of harmony moved away from Skoromnaya, as she began to grow in breadth.

Unreasonable squats with heavy weights led to damage to the knees, so the quads, unloved by all women, gained visible volume, and the buttocks, for which all this hard work was done, remained flat. And the daily press workouts did not bear fruit at all.

“I pumped the abs every day and wondered why it didn’t appear. The fat was hard under the layer, but the effect that we all expect was not. On the contrary, the waist increased more.”, - noted Arina and advised to pay less attention to the muscles belly to keep the waist.

"Cardio workouts. I did them for 1-1, 5 hours and waited for the effect, but there was no desired effect. Forget about the hour-long cardio, they are not needed. Cardio workouts can be performed much more competently. Ideally, start with 5 minutes and every week- add two for 5-10 minutes, thus reaching a maximum of 40 minutes. And then again go down the ladder. The effect will be much better, you will speed up the metabolism."

Often, beautiful ladies are afraid of large weights, not wanting to "pump" this or that part of the body. Arina assured that those weights with which such women, as a rule, are engaged, will never give muscle gain, but only draw a relief. Such training is not at all suitable for those who dream of becoming the owners of volumes.
