The popular video blogger and TV presenter Denis Semenikhin trains a lot and, not surprisingly, eats quite a lot (after all, energy needs to be replenished, and many will envy the athlete's muscle mass). He recently revealed his perfect breakfast and impressed his followers.
Denis Semenikhin, familiar to the audience from the show "Weighted People", promotes a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and regular exercise. At the age of 48, Denis himself boasts excellent forms, impressive muscle mass and a charming smile that makes women go crazy.
A couple of days ago, the TV presenter showed his breakfast, explaining in detail what was on the plates in front of him.
So that we all have the same perfect breakfast every day!
1) Barley or oatmeal
2) Scrambled eggs or Shakshuka (in this case … a new and strange name for me, but delicious)
3) Soaked chia seeds - an ancient food of the Inca and Aztec tribes
Shakshuka - and this is a great alternative to the usual fried eggs - Semenikhin criticized a little, it seemed to him that he missed all 10 proteins. Denis also asked the subscribers if they were consuming chia seeds - a superfood trendy today.
Fans of Denis noticed that only a very hungry person can eat such a volume of food at once (either Nikolai Valuev's business: his breakfasts are called modest!). Some asked Semenikhin if he was going to switch to vegetarianism in the future. Until the athlete responded.
