35-year-old Helen Smith from the UK is introducing her new training system to the masses - nude fitness. Helena, a former recruiter, supports the naturist movement, is a member of the British Naturist organization, which advocates for social nudity.
Helen has developed her own exercise program, based on the principle of circuit training in sports camps, but in a milder form. Classes are suitable for any level of students, they use teamwork and games.
Naked work, Helen says, helps class members to better see the exercise technique on the trainer. Naked lesson will help Helen herself: she can assess whether the visitors are doing certain elements correctly. For example, the plank exercise requires correct posture, and baggy clothing will prevent the coach from knowing if it is being performed correctly. Plus, nude activities save trainees from having to wash their clothes after exercise. By the way, women are allowed to wear a sports bra if necessary, and they are also allowed to wear sneakers in the gym.
The first lesson in such an unusual class has already passed. It was attended by 10 people aged from 33 to 70 years. The one-hour workout cost £ 8 for naked body lovers.
