As shown by the filming of two live experiments "Fit-mix" on "LIVE!" and a few fitness weekends at my home, this program, which combines seemingly incompatible things, can do quite a lot.

The effectiveness of the program in each specific case depends on the task and the correct choice of load. As practice shows, it is possible to vary the load in "Fit-mix" within a very wide range, and this is a separate topic. I want to talk about the problems that Fit-mix can help to solve.
The task of body shaping comes down mainly to changing the composition (composition) of the body, namely the fat / muscle ratio.
Fit-mix contains a number of techniques, including respiratory techniques, aimed at both fighting fat and developing muscles. Most of the techniques used have shown high efficiency in the course of scientific experiments and my many years of practice. Although in fairness, I note that a serious increase in muscle diameter from group exercises "Fit-mix" (if we are not talking about the use of gravity trainers) should not be expected.
