The main flower event of this summer can be enjoyed online from anywhere in the world: to visit the festival, it is enough to go to the Moscow Flower Show. Online portal from June 26 to July 5. We suggest looking at the 5 main gardens of the festival now.

Self-isolated. Project by Greenhance and Egger Jonas, Switzerland
The garden, designed by a Swiss landscape designer, is called Self-Isolation. Thinking about the concept of a garden, Jonas Egger saw a world where people dreamed of getting out of the city and being alone with nature.
These ideas are embodied in the project: the first border of the garden is thin, almost transparent, it separates the internal and external space - these are the walls of the pavilion. And the glass pavilion is located above the reservoir, the water becomes the second border, which, on the one hand, protects, on the other, cleans the space in which the visitor is.

"Sun of Knowledge". Ekaterina Tufar, Sasha Kim, Tatiana Egorova
Children will love the bright, daring garden. The inspiration was the light, airy dresses of the young designer Sasha Kim. The garden combines a play area, colorful waterside flower gardens, winding paths and a reading room. In the covered gazebo, there is a wall-rack with books and benches next to floating mirror balls.

"Cranes". Svetlana Goryachkina
The author of the project dedicated the garden to a little girl who survived the atomic bombing in Herosima. In the center of the composition is a copy of the indestructible Torii gates, which are traditionally placed in front of the sanctuaries. They personify the border between the past and the future, recalling what happened before the catastrophe and symbolizing the world left after. The garden is a reminder of the unbreakable bond of generations and the value of a peaceful sky overhead.

"Fault". Laura Rudko and Denis Gulyaev
The ideas of the designer Denis Gulyaev were embodied in the garden and at the same time as an art object, immersing the visitor in a metaphorical dialogue with the artist. A zig-zag path with a crevasse, in which a stream runs, leads visitors to a central space formed by inclined corten sheets.
The garden is built on the contrast of hard geometric elements and soft texture of plants. The bench here symbolizes the artist's hands, and the mirror ball symbolizes the eclipse. Denis Gulyaev's garden is a philosophical challenge translated into the language of landscape design.

"Heaven". LASD Studio team of authors. Lotonenko Yuriy, landscape architect, Ukraine. Greg Kobett, landscape architect, writer, Denmark. Stig Lauritsen, landscape architect, Denmark. John Beaudry, garden designer, writer, California. Kimberly Alexander, horticulturist, California.
The inspiration for the authors of the garden was the work of the artist Claude Lorrain, they are distinguished by a subtle sense of the landscape as an unusually fragile organism, they recreate the perfect balance between humanity and nature. The Heavens Garden combines modern architecture with sensitive nature.
The main components of the project are a black pavilion, a swimming pool, as well as natural, lush plantings. Plants seem to become the main guests of the garden.
