Make-up championships, in which the most talented young make-up artists from all over our country take part, were traditional for the professional exhibition InterCHARM. This year was no exception, and thanks to the new unique technical capabilities of the site, the championship will be held online, and it will be divided into two days. On June 19, professional make-up artists will fight in the art of creating makeup, on June 20, beauty bloggers will meet on the online platform.

● The theme for makeup professionals is appropriately creative: "THE BRIDE MASK". Wedding make-up is a professional classic that every make-up master should master perfectly. But we live in 2020, which makes its own adjustments even in such a conservative part of the beauty industry.
Will a modern bride wear her mask as a beautiful accessory, or will the makeup artist's fantasy rush to space heights along with Elon Musk's rocket, embody all the eccentricity and high-tech character of this hero? One thing is for sure: such a make-up will require from the make-up artist both the highest creative abilities and excellent mastery of the technique.

For bloggers on the second day of the Championship, an additional criterion for evaluating the jury is added: how well they can beat the created makeup in their publications or videos. In this category, after the end of the tournament on June 21, there will also be an additional spectator voting in the open mode, the winner will be awarded a special prize.
Participation in the championship is a great opportunity for a make-up artist to declare himself to a huge audience. The names of the winners of previous seasons (Irina Strukova, Vladimir Kalinchev, Ksenia Nikitina, Evgenia Tochilina, Alexandra Zakharova, Valeria Filippova, Svetlana Moshkovich, Olga Nevskaya, and others) are known today to absolutely everyone who works in the industry.

“This is a test that gives rise to tremendous self-confidence,” says Vladimir Kalinchev, national makeup artist for Max Factor in Russia, founder of the makeup school, member of the Championship jury. “To participate, not to be scared, to win and prove to yourself that you can perform well within the strict rules of the competition - all this gives an incredible margin of internal strength, which is very necessary in our highly competitive environment.”
“The works for the competition are evaluated strictly, but also in a system that is completely unusual in comparison with the usual work of a make-up artist,” says Maria Erina, director of training and official make-up artist of NYX Professional Makeup in Russia and the CIS countries, member of the Championship jury. “Creativity and skill are tested here first of all, so I expect incredible beauty and true inspiration from the participants!”
