But despite the heavy workload, Dontsova finds time both for her loved ones and for herself. The 67-year-old writer regularly goes to the gym, thanks to which she still boasts excellent shape.
In a new photo, which Daria posted on her Instagram, she showed how she finishes her workouts: Dontsova does not forget about the importance of stretching after workouts and, thanks to this, boasts flexibility that many can only dream of.

Dontsova accompanied her photo with a motivating signature:
“Movement is life! 67 years is not a reason to become a wreck. You can turn into a tobacco chicken at any age, because age is only a number in your passport. What you will become at 67, 8, 9, 70, etc., depends only on you. Do you want to jump in a hundred years? Exercise. And all will be well".
The writer admitted that with a height of 167 centimeters, she keeps her weight within only 45-46 kilograms. Note that, in addition to detectives, Dontsova is also known for her cookbooks, in which she shares simple and quick recipes that can certainly be adopted.
