It is not so easy for a person to live in the modern world, especially in megacities. The daily rhythm and distance is sometimes exhausting, shaking the nervous system. Everyone for himself is trying to find ways of relaxation and finding peace, although this is not an easy task. TV presenter and blogger Maria Kravtsova recently admitted that meditation helps her fight daily stress and haste.

Recently, even those who are not familiar with psychology have heard the word "procrastination" many times. This term in a professional environment means a tendency to constantly postpone even the most urgent and important matters. Many residents of a metropolis are very familiar with this state: often, instead of performing urgent tasks, we look at the Instagram feed or wander through the sale sites. Psychologists associate this condition with chronic stress - the main misfortune of modern residents.

Recently, the famous TV presenter and blogger Maria Kravtsova raised the topic of the frantic Moscow rhythm. Not so long ago, she returned from Norway, where she went in the company of famous bloggers, among whom was Tutta Larsen, who fell in love with this country without memory. After the Scandinavian slowness and regularity, life captured Kravtsova in a dizzying whirlpool, which, it would seem, could not be dealt with.

But, as you know, there is a way out of the most difficult situation. Maria wrote that meditation was her salvation.
"Recently I discovered the power of meditation: calmness and measuredness are what I clearly lacked! Among other things, meditation gives strength, since at this time we train one of our most important abilities - to concentrate."
Kravtsova is sure that a relaxed and balanced psyche is the key to health and happiness. Scientists partly agree with her, who claim that meditation in combination with ballet helps to become wiser. And if not many decide to ballet, nevertheless this is not an easy occupation, then master meditation according to the strength of everyone. Let's take a chance?
