After completing the tuning and watching the breathing process calmly and relaxed for a few minutes, place your right palm in the forehead area without touching it. Gather all your attention in sensations in the center of the forehead, in the palm of your hand and the space between them.

Then slowly lower your hand to the center of your chest, leaving a small distance. Feel the center of your palm and observe the sensations in your inner space - in the center of your chest. Feel as if you are doing every inhalation and exhalation with this center.
