On the eve of her seminar "The Power of Love" Australian singer Peruqua told Eve. Ru about how to learn to hear your body.

Our body starts talking to us from birth. A communication process of this kind is our life. We are women, we bring life to life, all bodies come into the world through our body. Unlike men, for whom thought is primary, the body is primary for us. Our challenge is to learn to speak in body language. This will significantly increase emotional literacy and generally solve most of the problems.
Most often, we hear our body only when we are experiencing pain, but pain is already a cry for help, not a conversation. For example, in the modern world, a woman's periods are considered something uncomfortable, uncomfortable, something that is not accepted to talk about. But this is absurd! Think about it: there would be no menstruation, there would be no life on the planet. In the Russian language there is an expression "truth-womb", but what modern woman listens to the voice of this truth? Women have lost the ability to feel almost everything below the diaphragm … and their strength. The only form of communication with the uterus is pain. What happens today when we are in pain? We reach for painkillers. Instead of understanding the problem, solving it, we just want to drown it out.

Peruqua This behavior of an ostrich is simply destructive for a woman's body, which is why in the modern world we have so many problems associated with conceiving, bearing and giving birth to children, with the health of the childbearing systems.
In a woman's body, the heart is directly connected to the breast, the breast is what nourishes and nurtures the love born into life in the form of a baby. Now show me those women who really accept their breasts? Do they feel for her feelings of inadequacy, shame, embarrassment, etc.? That is, the center without which love born on the planet cannot live a day is not only under the cover of a bra, but also under a layer of shame and rejection. Hence the incredible number of breast problems and psychosis, which is called breast augmentation. In general, the rate at which women lose touch with their bodies can be easily measured by the growth in the spread of plastic surgery, injection methods to preserve youth, and so on.
Not accepting yourself is equal to not being able to hear your body. This inability gives rise to denial, and any denial leads to destruction. If you notice that the corners of your lips have begun to look down, this does not mean that it is time to go to the surgeon. These sad little lips say that you are not living your life, you have lost touch with love and happiness. And it's time to understand why, and not to cut it lively. If your jaws and mouth are tense, no filler can be used to fill this tie. This means your self-identification, your image has fettered you and does not allow you to move. You froze and gradually turn into stone, hence the wrinkles and pursed lips.
If you have a feeling that your shirt collar is too tight, that your throat is tense and you are losing the ability to feel your body, this suggests that you are living in a projection of past emotional trauma, do not allow yourself to express yourself in this life. You are suffering from what I call the Good Girl Syndrome. You do not know what your inner voice is and what your purpose is.

In general, for a woman, the basic principle of self-knowledge is through the body. And here everything is easier than it seems. If, at your request, you feel an expansion in your body, in the area of the heart, uterus, yoni, then most likely you are on the right track. If you feel a feeling of contraction, contraction, then, probably, you went somewhere wrong. It is important to learn to listen to the sensations of your body for weak signals, what kind of response do we get: pleasure, joy, expansion, or contraction, contraction, pain, tension and stress?
Listening to yourself should lead you to uncompromising actions, because a compromise is a betrayal of inner knowledge, and for a woman it means a betrayal of her body, tension, stress, emotional discord and illness.
