Social media is an evil that any young mom faces. Looking at the accounts of popular insta mothers, we all strive to become ideal, and in pursuit of this we forget that everything is given only to a robot. A living person must be able to prioritize and rest. If you have at least one child, then our tips can help you a lot.

DO NOT TIE YOURSELF TO TIME
The ideal mom can only be in photos on Instagram. Remember this, or better write it down and hang it on the fridge so that you can get used to this thought as a matter of course and stop chasing an imaginary ideal that promises happiness to the whole family. It simply does not exist.
Start planning your day, not the way you did before, but more flexible. Do not put yourself in time frames, because any deviation from them can simply turn your day upside down.
Set yourself several important tasks for the day and try to implement them at a convenient time for you. In other words, you can iron the linen in the morning when the child is asleep. The same applies to other cases.
Determine the most convenient time for yourself when you can do household chores, and go ahead.
If you manage to finish things earlier than planned, and you have free time, do not rush to immediately grab the vacuum cleaner. You better get some rest. But if you don't want to, then you can, for example, do something from what was planned for tomorrow and, thereby, free up the next day for yourself.
Didn't have time for something? Do not try to scold yourself and do not worry. Just make adjustments on the go and adapt. Children take a lot of time and, believe me, even without having time to cook a delicious dinner for your husband, you have already done a lot, because you fed, put to bed, changed diapers and entertained the child. Not to mention the 2 hour walk down the street.

WRITE SHOPPING LISTS
It is one thing to look for new boots and it is completely different to buy groceries. This is very exhausting! Before you go to the store, write lists and, if possible, try to delegate the trip for food to your husband. And if you live in a large city, then order via the Internet. Stop carrying heavy bags, you are a woman, not a draft horse.

COOK SIMPLE MEALS
Don't make life difficult for yourself. Prepare meals as simple as possible and better for a few days in advance. As soon as the child is introduced to complementary foods, feeding him turns into a real quest, because in addition to preparing a portion, it is also necessary to feed it to the baby, wash a mountain of dishes and, after resting for about half an hour, start all over again.
So make your life easier and make preparations in advance, which you can then freeze. In general, think about buying a multicooker and blender, they will greatly simplify your life.
It's okay for a family to eat the same soup for 2-3 days in a row. But this will allow mom to rest a little.
DO NOT DO YOUR USELESS JOB

FIND TIME FOR YOURSELF
The worst thing for an attractive woman is to turn into a shadow of herself. Stretched T-shirts, saggy belly and unwashed top of hair. Phew … a sad sight, which is often not just an image, but a reality. Burnout is not a myth, but a terrible reality of the modern world.
To prevent this from happening, take some time for yourself, when you can be just yourself, and not the mother of the baby. Forget about forums and social networks with their feigned perfection, it is better to go to yoga or the pool. This will help you get back your figure, and it will give you the opportunity to relax.
Meet your friends. Nobody talks about night gatherings, but who's stopping you from inviting a friend to the park for a walk?
Remember: while the child is asleep, you do not have to rush around the house with a mop, pretending to be a fairy of cleanliness. Better take care of yourself. Motherhood is not a sprint, but rather a marathon. You need to rest, otherwise very soon you will go out of the race. A good rest will make you happier and more calm, and such a mother is the guarantor of the baby's happiness and health.
